Meredith Bruno, Esq. is a member of the State Bar of California and has ten years of recruiting expertise in the Los Angeles legal community. Meredith obtained a B.A. in Political Science from UCLA and a J.D. from the University of San Diego, School of Law. After briefly working as a research attorney for a boutique litigation firm, Meredith joined a prominent national legal staffing firm as an account executive in the Temporary Staffing Division. Meredith was instrumental in the development and growth of both the West Los Angeles and Downtown divisions and held management roles in each respective office until joining Amy Goldware and Raunn Ross at a local boutique legal staffing firm in August 2004. In 2006, Meredith became a founding member of The Agency Legal Staffing, and continues to service the Los Angeles legal market with the highest level of professionalism.

Raunn Ross has over ten years of practical work experience as well as recruiting expertise in the Los Angeles legal community. Upon graduating with a B.S. in Economics from the United States Air Force Academy, he served six years as an active duty Air Force Officer. Upon exiting the Air Force, he entered law school at the University of Southern California and received his Juris Doctorate. After clerking briefly, Raunn joined a prominent national legal staffing firm as an account executive in the Temporary Staffing Division where he began working with Amy Goldware and Meredith Bruno. Raunn was instrumental in growing and establishing this team. In 2003, he joined Amy at a local boutique legal staffing firm and established a temporary placement division. In September 2006, Raunn became a founding principal of The Agency Legal Staffing.

Amy Goldware graduated with a B.A. in Pre-Law from the University of Arizona and received her Paralegal Certification from the University of West Los Angeles. She began her legal career as a litigation paralegal in 1993. In 1998, she joined an international recruitment and staffing firm as a direct-hire recruiter and, after only six months, was promoted to Division Director of the Direct Hire Placement Division. At the end of 2000, Amy was asked to run one of the company's branch offices, where she successfully grew and established that office until joining a local boutique legal staffing firm in May of 2002 as a minority shareholder. She joined The Agency in January of 2007. She brings years of practical experience as a paralegal coupled with the successful placement of hundreds of paralegal, secretarial and attorney professionals. Amy is well-known throughout the Los Angeles legal community for her high degree of professionalism and customer service. 

Julie Linehan > julie@theagencyla.net

Julie Linehan graduated magna cum laude from Bridgewater State College in 2001 with a B.A. in English.  She worked for several years in general accounting for a small manufacturing company in Boston, Massachusetts until she decided to pursue a career in the legal field.  She began working under a senior freelance paralegal, which eventually landed her a job supporting two attorneys in a wide range of practice areas, including probate, maritime law and civil litigation.  In 2004, she relocated to Los Angeles and began working for a small employment litigation firm in Century City.  A downsizing in May 2005 led to Julie's next position as a legal assistant for a sole practitioner who practiced catastrophic injury, medical malpractice and ADA discrimination law.  In May 2007, Julie joined The Agency as a Recruiting Administrator, handling both direct-hire and temporary replacement recruiting.

Brandon Parsons > brandon@theagencyla.net

Brandon Parsons graduated with a B.S. in Political Science and History from the University of Southern Indiana and is currently working towards an M.B.A at Pepperdine University.  He began his legal career as a litigation paralegal, at an international law firm, in Washington DC, in 2003.  In 2008, he joined a deposition summary company where he managed both operations and business development efforts for the division.  Brandon joined The Agency Legal Staffing in 2011 after relocating from Washington DC/Nashville.  His experience as a litigation paralegal in addition to his recruiting and business development background allow Brandon to provide excellent knowledge of the legal market as well as outstanding customer service.

La Toyia Wertz joined The Agency in April of 2011 after ten years of experience in various legal administrative roles. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.  La Toyia handles all of The Agency's payroll and human resources related issues.

Amber McKelvy > amber@theagencyla.net

Amber McKelvy is a member of the California State Bar and has over five years of legal recruiting experience in the Southern California market. Amber obtained a B.A. cum laude in International Political Science from Tulane University, where she played on the Women's Division 1 Soccer Team. After working for Clear Channel Communications in their promotions/marketing department in Burbank, she returned to New Orleans to earn her J.D. from Tulane School of Law with a Certificate in Sports Law. In 2007, Amber joined a publicly traded international recruiting firm in Los Angeles specializing in both temporary and direct hire placements for law firms and corporate legal departments. In 2009, Amber joined a privately held recruiting firm before joining The Agency in 2011. Amber enjoys working closely with her clients to develop long-term relationships and assisting candidates with finding the best fit for their career!
